Welcome Toolkit for Network Providers

Access to quality health care plays an important role in the lives of our country’s military families. Many of our uniformed service members, including essential medical personnel, are deployed overseas and domestically in times of emergency. Your participation as a provider in the Health Net Federal Services, LLC (HNFS) TRICARE network allows us to work together supporting the health of our military service members and their families. 

The 2024 TRICARE West Region Provider Handbook, effective Jan. 1, 2024, is available online for providers to view. The handbook is updated annually and contains important information about TRICARE contract requirements along with the most recent updates. Providers are required to review the handbook in its entirety as a component of their TRICARE Provider Agreement.

Please note: HNFS can only issue referrals to those providers in your group who have completed the credentialing process. Use our Check Credentialing Status tool to look up organization and individual provider status information.
